You have been given the here and now and all you are surrounded with. Use it. Use it to its full potential to do what you think is right, or you have just wasted another precious gift.
Although it does look like he is 'squished', it was incredible to see him on the monitor, in real time, nuzzling up against the side of my womb (as I simultaneously felt it on the inside). It was the most incredible moment ever. On the video you can actually see him rooting!
I told Tom I wished I could see him better, and he responded (about the second last picture) "That isn't us not getting a clear shot, that's a picture my wife's womb wrapped lovingly around my son, protecting him. And that's the umbilical cord (lower left, strething across the baby's front) in which she is nuturing him."
Now if that doesn't put a little lump in your throat, nothing will.
Sweet Daddy already!
I always had to bite my tongue when people said "in only 3 months you'll be a mommy!", because in my opinion you're a mommy when that little bean takes up residence inside you!

He's so cute!!! Those are fantastic!
There is nothing as awesome as getting to catch a glimpse of your baby during pregnancy. The ultrasound was always my favorite part!
