In need of recipe!

Does anyone out there have a fabulous slow-cooker recipe for a beef roast? I have a two pounder just waiting to be made into sandwich meat for Tom.

Any suggestions? I don't own Worcester sauce, and that seems to be a killer for most recipes.

Additional question: does anyone know a good replacement for worcester sauce?

I have a fabulous recipe! I just posted it on the recipe blog for you. No picture...yet. And yes it does include worchestershire sauce!

Hi... *insert embarrassed grin*... I found your blog awhile ago through Trevor's and have been reading without commenting. I thought I would step out and say hello because I have an awesome recipe for you...try http://www.recipezaar.com/Better-Than-Arbys-Roast-Beef-Sandwiches-86555 and you will not be disappointed! My review on the side of the recipe has a link to a homemade onion soup mix that I use that cuts down on the sodium in the prepackaged mixes.

Thanks for sharing ladies, especially if it involved delurking!! ;) [Welcome here Pamela, no matter when you arrived.]

I break down and bought that sauce with the near-unpronounceable name last night based on the fact that all recipes up until that point included it - little did I know there was one still coming.

I whipped up Sonya's from our wannalickthespoon.blogspot.com recipe site and let me tell you, it was delicious. Considering I also served my husband the granny apples with cream-cheese cinnamon spread for desert after, he requested to have Sonya post more recipes. He didn't dare follow that up with "and for my wife to make them." Smart man.

Thanks for all the recipes again, I'll have some to try for next time.

Hey! Where did the picture of you guys on the rocks go?

I mean, your more conventional picture is nice too, but where is the one of you on the rocks? Huh?

I am so not the person to ask for a recipe. I hate cooking and usually buy meals that come in a box. If you ever need a recommendation for a good brand of frozen dinner, I'm your girl. :)
